Tate have provided HMPS with metal fabrications solutions for over twenty years. We design, manufacture, install, commission, service and maintain most cell and security doors on 110 UK prisons and during this time we have created a range of unique solutions suitable to high security and UK Government estates.

Working from our manufacturing facility in Northwest England, Tate Systems provide an end to end high security metal fabrication service.

From high security metal fabricated designs and consultation, through to selecting the correct material grades and sizes to manufacture: Our range of finished metal products are warrantied for five years and fitted by our inhouse team of metalsmith fitters.

Secure metal fittings and fixtures do not require as much services and maintenance as other security hardware due to the robustness of the product range.
Checking periodically for signs of rust, loose fitting, signs of tamper and the general condition of all secure metal fittings and fixtures is good practice, especially in those locations where the metal fixing constitutes the first or last line of protection.
